• Maintenances are only scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays

• If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled. 

• Please do not bring in worn frontals or closures from previous stylist

• I do not install "T" part wigs. 

• All frontals & closures must be full lace.

Policy for Wigs

• BYOB (bring your own bundles) please bring in new frontals or closure for your wigs.  I will not accept cut up bundles.  

• Wig Cleaner : Wigs can only be dropped off Mon-Wed

• What does wig cleaner include? : Glue/tape removal, shampoo & deep condition, styling of choice + add ons

• NO REFUNDS

• Service must be paid in full at drop off

• We are not responsible for any wigs left over 60 days

• After 90 days your wig will be disregarded

• We are not responsible for previous damage

• All wigs must be 100% human hair

• We will try our best to revive your wig/lace. Please help at home with great up keep

• Closure or frontals can be changed on machine made wigs ONLY

• ALL wigs will be checked for damage at drop off (knots, holes, tears, matting, shedding & tangling)
